ATS LED Traffic Optical Assembly

ATS LED Traffic Signal are LTA approved ATS latest LED Optical Assemblies (approved for installation in Singapore by LTA) are available in two main sizes, ø300mm and ø200mm. These are available in standard full aspect traffic lights ‘Red/Yellow/Green’ colour as well as ‘Red/Yellow/Green’ Arrow aspects for vehicle control. For pedestrian control, ‘Red Man’ and ‘Green Man’ are also available.

Mechanical Design

1. Plastic

• UV resistant plastic material is utilized to ensure the life of plastic under direct sunlight

2. Vibration and Impact Resistant

• Mechanical vibration meet or exceed MIL-STD-883 or IEC 68-2-3
• Impact resistance meet or exceed EN 60598-1 class IR3

3. Moisture Resistant

• Conformal coating and gasket sealed prevent the circuitry from moisture to ensure the reliability

Signal Aspect Housing

Features
